Amy Lazzari has multinational human resources leadership experience regionally and internationally. Having purposefully moved away from the traditional title of Chief HR Officer (which she held since 2021), to a new one that reflects her focus on fostering a high-performing organisational culture, employee well-being and engagement beyond traditional HR functions.

She leads the Group’s culture and talent agenda, with a commitment to drive a space where resilience, inclusivity, gutsiness, and responsible empowerment thrive. She is further responsible for developing and executing the Group’s Human Resource strategic direction and policies, with oversight of the Employee Relations/Industrial Relations functions.
