Previously, he served as Senior Economic Analyst at the Guyana Office for Investment, where he contributed to policy development and investment analysis. He holds an MBA in Oil, Gas, and Energy Management from the UNICAF University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from the University of Guyana.
