Candelle is the CEO & Principal Auditor of Global Compliance Service Guyana Inc., one of the Accredited locations of Global Compliance Service, an internationally recognized Certification Body with its Head Office in Geneva, Switzerland. Global Compliance Service provides access to competitive ISO Audit & Certification, and Training Services in 36 countries globally.

In addition, she has been the past Executive Director of the Guyana National Bureau of Standards (GNBS). Candelle has over twenty (20) years of Managerial & Technical experience in Standardization and Conformity Assessment matters. She has played a pivotal role in the development and implementation of NQI components of the Support for Competitiveness Project, the Accreditation of the first two laboratories in Guyana, and the ISO Certification status of the GNBS.

Past Board member of the National Standards Council, Guyana Rice Development Board, Past Vice Chairman and Council member of CARICOM Regional Organization for Standards and Quality (CROSQ), and currently serves as a member of Guyana’s largest Private Sector Organizations, GCCI & GMSA.

Candelle comes from a Natural Science background and is the holder of a BSc in Biology, an Associate Degree in Pharmacy, and a Master of Business Administration in Leadership and Innovation.
