Giovanni holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from the Fonty’s University in the Netherlands and a Masters degree in Telecommunications Regulation and Policy from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago. Giovanni has over two (2) decades of experience in the telecommunications industry the majority of which as an executive with telecommunications regulatory authorities in the Dutch Caribbean. He is currently employed by Blue Nap Americas as Chief Executive Officer.
