Keoma D. Griffith is a Guyanese attorney, youth advocate, and public servant who currently serves as Minister of Labour and Manpower Planning in Guyana. Appointed in 2025, he is the youngest member of the Cabinet, bringing legal expertise, youthful leadership, and a reform-driven agenda to the forefront of national labour policy.

In 2021, Minister Griffith completed a masters in Corporate and Commercial Law from The UWI. As a lawyer, he built a respected multi-disciplinary practice, appearing in courts across the Caribbean, including the Caribbean Court of Justice. His legal work spans criminal, constitutional, civil, and labour law. He also serves on the Constitution Reform Commission.
