Hollick has thirty (30) years’ consulting experience specialising in human resources management, executive recruitment, compensation, job evaluation, performance studies, and organisation reviews. His consulting experience includes numerous organisation and compensation assignments for various clients in the Private and Public Sector.

Before starting HRC Associates in 1990, Hollick spent 10 years with KPMG and PwC where he developed and led the respective HR and Organisation consulting practices.

Hollick is widely acknowledged to be one of the leading Executive Search, Compensation, and Organisation Consultants in the English-speaking Caribbean and is recognised as a thought leader in these areas of consulting. As such, he is often invited to lead and participate in workshops and seminars on related topics.
