Mr. Lance Hinds, Chief Executive of the BrainStreet Group, has close to thirty years’ experience in the implementation of technology solutions and related policy development in Guyana and further afield. He spent many years on the executive of the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and Industry and served as President in 2013-2015. He is now Secretary of the Black Entrepreneurs Association. He continues to advocate for comprehensive digital transformation and the effective use of technology in community, national and regional development. In support of this effort, he also serves as a Director of DreamSpace, an ICT for development NGO.
