Ms. Damond has 16 years of experience as an Investment Officer at GoInvest and 4 years as Investment Manager and Senior Supervisor at Hand-in-Hand Trust Corporation Inc. She also served as Program Assistant/Consultant for the Management Sciences for Health (MSH) USAID/GHARP Project, managing administrative efforts and coordinating leadership development programs. She holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Texila American University and a BSC in Economics from the University of Guyana.
