Phil Rietema currently serves as Vice President and Business Services Manager for ExxonMobil Guyana Ltd. leading its finance, IT, procurement, real estate and transportation organizations. Phil joined ExxonMobil in 2010 after receiving an MBA from Michigan’s Ross School of Business. In his 16 years with the company, Phil has held numerous finance roles, including recent roles as Manager of the Americas Treasury Center in Dallas, European Downstream Lead Treasurer in Brussels, and as a Controller’s Division Manager in Budapest. Outside of work, Phil is an avid golfer and distance runner and enjoys spending time with his wife and five children.
