Rafael Fumis is a seasoned senior manager with over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in Proposals, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), Operations, and Decommissioning. He is dedicated to process and occupational safety, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.

Currently the Country Manager for MODEC in Guyana, Fumis has held key roles such as Head of Project Controls, Head of Supply Chain, FPSO Project Manager, Pre-Operations Fleet Manager, Operations Manager, and Facilities Manager.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering and an MBA in Project Management.
