Shalima “Shelly” Nohar is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Target Logistics Inc., a shipping and logistics firm with operations in Guyana and the United States. Born in West Bank Demerara, Guyana, Shelly studied Computer Science at the University of Guyana. After roles in operations and management, she launched her business in 2011 from her home under the name Target Shipping, later evolving it into Target Logistics. Today, the company proudly operates four locations across Guyana. As a mother, leader, and mentor, Shelly is deeply committed to strengthening Guyana’s logistics sector and positioning her company for continued regional and global expansion.
