Steven Caddy was the Director, Rewards Practice in the Washington DC office of the Hay Group and is currently an Independent Contractor with Korn Ferry/Hay Group and HRC Associates. In addition to managing both public and private sector consulting projects in the Washington area, he is project manager for large on-site overseas assignments.

He has more than 30 years of consulting experience in the United States, Europe, Latin America, and the Far East. Steve specialises in organisation effectiveness and the design, implementation, and monitoring of human resource strategies and reward systems, which support corporate goals and objectives.
